• Make sure you can always show your accreditation to enter this building.
• Always take your personal belongings/valuables with you and do not leave them in your rooms – they will not be locked
• You will find toilets and sinks on every floor of the building
• There are showers on every floor of the sports halls: individual cubicles or group showers
• Athletes competing in competitions will also be there during the day – please coordinate with yourselves und note the folling times: 7am to 10am, 4pm to 8pm
• The elevators are not in operation
• there is no free WiFi – sorry

There are small open spaces (with large glass panels) on each floor. If you want to meet there and need chairs from the rooms, please return them to your rooms afterward.

Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in the building or on the grounds.

What do you do if an alarm is triggered?

• stay calm and leave the building via the two main stairwells.
• In the event of a fire alarm, everyone will meet in the courtyard with the green playing fields.
• Make sure all members of your team have actually left the building.
